I listened to what he had to say about the parts he sold me that never arrived,quite a convincing story about how he was turned over by a so called friend that told him he had all the parts available, Tommy was just going to make a drink out of them?? In a way it could of been true and he was left to explain to all the buyers, I arranged a payment plan with him and he stuck to his word.
My friends brother is a policeman and apparently it is a civil case and its been going on since the internet 1st started up.
If i was you i would call/email him and take what ever payments you can other wise the small claims court could cost you more money in the long run or the court will order he pays you back at 50p a week
