Its not cheating!

It all depens on how silly you get when reading the rules.

In cadets it also states that the exhaust must be used as bought (or words to that effect) so when the exhaust is cleaned, polished its not in its bought state, should 90% of the grid be chucked out?

You could also say the same about the carbs, no modifications etc? so when you change the kit, alter the pop off its been modified, so that will be 100% of the grid

People just need to be sensible in the way the rules are written and read!
