Ok this is stupid and has gone way from the point, (by the way this is Julie and not Andy).
All Elliot wanted yesterday was to be acknowledged he came second, he has been trying hard all year to get up there many a times being knocked off (4 months in a row). He wasn't bothered about the first Honda home (in which the trophy doesn't state and none of the trophies at Shenington state what they are for) All he was bothered about after 12 months of grief for changing to an Honda because of the cost in comer was for someone to say well done and congratulations on coming 2nd. I would also like to point out it was made very clear to us yesterday even if Elliot was winning the championship in the libre grid (he's not) he would not be acknowledged because not enough Honda's race here (regulations state minimum of 10) The honda plaque has not been awarded since 2008 and that is only because a dad complained then to the msa
