We raced at Shenington this weekend and have done so for the last 18 months. We swopped from comer to honda late last year due to financial issues.
When we went back as a honda we have been subjected to abuse off of various people saying we shoudn't be racing as we are not quick enough.
This week end my son drove his socks of and got 2nd place in the final and the fastest lap. We went up to get our trophy only to find they had already been handed out. We got a '1st honda home' trophy but didnt get a 2nd place one.
They handed out trophy's for the top 5 and there were 2 honda's in the top 5. Both were overlooked and the trophy's were given to 1st,3rd,4th,6th and 7th.
i thought a libre grid was for any kart Comer,Honda or WTP and if you get a position you get a trophy.
The funny thing is we are in the same championship or are we going to get overlooked for that as well.
