The new 2011 Exprit Noesis is built by Tony Kart and uses the same 30mm chassis as the Tony Kart 2011 EVRR. The 2011 Noesis chassis includes the latest revisions to the rear bearing carriers, fuel tank, steering wheel and steering column supports.
