I would expect this to be carved up among adjacent farmers. There isn't a decent enough house to spend 10 million plus on let alone 15 million. The grain store could almost service a farm nearly twice the size. An otherwise averagely good arable farm. Not a top shooting estate, way too flat. Wind farms are about as popular as a rattle snake in a lucky dip. The uplift takes a large chunck for 25 years. Recon HKRC should go speak to a few of the local farmers, but I bet they already have.
Not at Kim this weekend. Too busy getting my crops in!
