Hi, I race in the OEKC endurance series and we change our plug after 3 races! That's over 15 hours Inc practice. All I do before each race is clean and check plug gap. We stick in a new plug after 15+ hours and we still do the same lap times....feel no difference in how the engine runs or starts up. Fingers crossed.....I've done that for the past 3 seasons with over 150 hours and no problems!
I'm not saying you should do the same etc etc..... Just passing on what we have done and still do.

We did have a team who raced 2 meetings ago w
ho used a new denso plug and the ceramic came loose! (it happends) Lost a little power....I'm sure it started to run lean and seized up!
