Cant believe how bad the RPM scholarship was. I really hope nobody enters there next competition it was clear it was a total con from the very first round. It may have been only Ł99 entrance fee but it was basically theft from every entrant. Some of the advertised rounds never happened, and now there not even paying out for the prize they should not be allowed to host another competition like this.
