If its been in front of the CoC and you feel it was not delt with correctly then you have the opertunity to apeal the clerks desision and have the cas heard by the MSA steward.
The MSA take thretning behaviour and violence very seriously and usualy hand out at least one years ban to any found guilty of such behaviour.

there is no place in our sport for any violence the sport is dangerous enough without of track incidents too.

the problem with a lot of the threats at tracks is that it is nor reported through the correct chanels and therfore the clerks cant deal with it in an official mannor
