Went testing at the weekend with my son Testing carbs. i had two carbs that i was using same jet in etc both 12.5's a ive found 12.5 better for my sons pace at rye. anyway.... carb 1 ran fine carb 2 popped and banged. stripped carb 2 and cleaned it put it back on still popping. i was curious why as its never had any problem before. i then took the 155 out of the carb 1 that wasnt popping and put it in carb 2 that was popping the problem cleared up. my son said it was crispyier off the bends and gave him more realese... i then went back to the original jet to double check... asif by magic the pops and bangers came back again a bit like one i saw at rissy once!! any way i got my guage out to mesure the 2 jets and the one that popped was actually not a 155 it was a 153 on the guage, this must be my problem... am i right in thinking if u buy enough jets u could have half sizes from manufactures error there fore creating optimum performance.... there might be 152,153,154,and 155, out there!! interesting ayyyy?? have a messure up!!!
