Try to keep it simple as poss. particularly if you are learning. I agree with above that driver out is best.

What I don't go with is to put the driver back in to see where you are. At actually matters little. What you need to do is get a baseline (datum) to work from. So provided the driver is always out, your settings, plus or minus of whatever are always relative to that original point.

ps. plus drivers go missing just when you want to change the set up (playing with mates!)
