If you buy two sets of wets for the first round can you have them bagged and save them for future rounds?
I would imagine that allowing two sets is in case you go out on a drying track and ruin one set. Maybe not all drivers would have a wet heat on the first day so with two sets allowed it is fairer for everyone on the second day.
