lots of good advice on removing the bumper BOLTS & RUBBERS but abs asked about removing the rear bumper. abs, you state that you have the nuts off the bolt, so you should be able to tap the bumper off, in fact I'm a little puzzled why it hasn't dropped off of it's own accord - unless it's bent or the alloy 'bushes' have grabbed onto the threads - if they have they can be 'unscrewed' with a little effort.

not familiar with fencing bolts but MSA regs state fixings must be high tensile.
