As the others say hit it with a punch and a hammer but as your inner race has come out it can (on some stub axles) make it impossible to get the punch to contact the outer race. What we use in this instance is a spigot bearing puller which fits inside the groove where the balls sit and then drift it out.
I will be at Wigan next weekend if you are local and can get it out for you.
