Ok we all agree engines are cheaper in spain and some other contries in Europe. At no point in the above sentance does it say UK authorised dealers and UK seals. Therefore you can buy an engine from spain with a spanish seal on it and race in the UK. The wording above was taken from the 2011 rules for rotax max on the JAG site. Im not sure they could inforce it in a court of law.
