Yes your probably right John, I did borrow a set of MXC's last year, when I had my Tony, they did feel nicer to drive on, and the tires did last better, but can't say I was any faster, just more consistent over a full race distance, tires didn't do off.I did all my racing on the MXP's.... except in the wet (lol). With my CRG we only have one dry set of rims, makes life very simples
