Can you clear something up for me than?

If powervalve wound all the way in it means spring is loaded so therefore it releases?
And if than wound all the way out spring has less load on it so therefore it releases?

Thinking about it. could well be the valve. because it would bog and than as i said burt to life and go along very quick!!

One other question. This may be due to my engine being older than the others. But when on the trolley and kart is ticking over and you than rev it. my engine seems to not have the sharp response or popping noise compared to others. sounds more 4-stroke at start. yet plug checked and that is nice light brown colour (i assume correct colour?)
sorry to be a pain!!! all the above suggestions will be tryed. one at a time. valve first as it easiest!!
