I have never witnessed or heard of this before? The first Junior rotax heat ran to the end and then an hour or so later the tanoy announcement was that it was to be re-run at the end of the heats??? needless to say some gained, some lost out on the re-run, more importantly because we had over 54 in the class some drivers tyres were then even more worn for the finals compared to the drivers who were not in the original 1st heat of 5 .... I asked Mr chapman the coc but he said it wasnt his decision, has anyone heard of this before? Then the senior rotax heat chequered flag came out 1 lap later than the race distance and had to go back one lap. Maybe it was first meeting of the year nerves/organisation i dont know? strange though.
