50mm axle questions

Today i have noticed my OTK axle has bent on one end. Its not a major bend but had made the wheel wobble a bit. Is it going to make much difference leaving it?

Just looked for a new otk axle but was shocked at the price. Are there any other makes i can use?

Are the standard N axles stronger than the soft ones. Being new to karting i dont want to buy an axle that is like butter and bend it the first time i come off.
