as long as the suit is homologated after something like 2001 onwards, the dates on it ie (2005/2010) for example are exempt...i had alot of trouble selling a suit when people thought it was out of date when actually it was well in date. call the MSA they will confirm the year in which suits are homologated from.

people do not fully understand how these dates work.
