reading all through this tale of woe, there is one thing I do notice, no one states whether they have tried to get information through the agents that were selling the Storm.

Hobzie motorsport in the southwest, Grice and I am sure there must have been others.

As has been stated on here before, Although, JKH has the ultimate responsibility, your complaint is with the person who sold it to you. If they are a retail business then they are the person to go to and if they fob you off, quote sale of goods act, unfit for purpose and small claims court.

Has anyone tried this approach.
