I can't be 100% sure and I can't find it on their website either but there used to be a kart store in the South that did a lot of 100cc stuff - I think it was Dartford karting that used to do the starters but it was definitely in the south somewehere (bit vague - sorry!).
They had the name Champion on the starter but a Google search didn't come up with anything.
Maybe give Dartford a call?
