Race Suit Repairs

I've got two Sparco race suits which are just over 12months old. Each suit both have a single small burn holes in the back of right elbows and have been informed by a MSA offical that you can no longer use them for MSA racing!
Due to the location of the holes,(on the back of the elbows) you cannot cover the holes with a badge. Does anyone know of a company/induvidual person who repair race suits or where we could get our hands on some new race suit materials or repair kits.
Any advise/help would be most welcolm.
