heres a start... and i m aiming at cadets here as some of what i say would be impossible.
for stars and super 1. one set of tyres for the whole series. how many times do we see the top teams sending driver out session after session on a practice day with brand new rubber.
3 engines booked at the start of the season with seal numbers logged and no re building unless a seizure occurs. penilased with loss of grid slots for those that rebuild. this would cut a massive cost out in cadets. engines used at stars must be the same as those used in super 1. if you cant do 13 race weekends with 3 engines then thats where the sport is breaking down. it happens in F1.
scrap the ridiculously hi priced control fuel and bring in a lesser costing control fuel. tescos own would do. the amount of stuck top rings this year due to a reaction between this fuel and the castor is way too high.
just a start. build on this. it may need a tweak of course
