both classes offer great racing, for the younger ,smaller, drivers that want to race on very equal machinery i would recommend the tkm4/s.but if you are on a tighter budget and like to do all your own engine preperation and rebuilds and have freedom with tyres go for the open.with the tkms using the super soft green tyres in 2011 expect very similar lap times in both classes..saxon were selling bilands at 800 plus vat a while back.good value.
