I know it doesnt sound right but I have found the best thing to use is brake cleaner. I carry it with me and use it as soon as I can after getting any oil on my suit. Obviously I would suggest trying it on a hidden spot first to make sure it doesnt 'bleach' the colour out but its the only thing I've found that works.
The mrs also makes me use it on my jeans and tracky bums after I have been out working in the kart and then invariably gotten covered in gunk lol
