S1 Rotax drivers not allowed to race in 0 plate!?

Super 1 Rotax at Rowrah is scheduled for 3-5th June 2011. The ABKC O plate is scheduled for 27th-30th May. The 30th is a Monday and happens to be in the week before S1, which, according to S1 regulations which say you are not allowed to race/test in the week prior to an event, means S1 Rotax drivers won't be able to race in the O plate.

Has a mistake been made, or will there be an exception to this rule?
