I think you just need to keep adjusting and get the system to suit you, i know the otk system can be a bit fickle but once set up to suit your driving its great.( it took me a couple of meetings to get mine to feel like my previous otk system, but it just takes a little work)

Having said that if you want a brake that is easy to lock up, i can safely say you would hate the feel of my otk set up, but then you would probably hate the way my max is jetted!! This is because it is exactly how i want it, dont get caught out trying to make your kart the same as someone elses, if you like a short pedal have it , if you want it to lock up have it that way, that is why you are given adjustability in the system.

But i do think once you do your testing and work hard at it you will get the brake how you want it.
