Can this signing up to the regulations not be done on the licence application without the need for extra paperwork

My opinion is that it just seems to be an extra cost which is being forced upon people with under 18's as it will be mandatory. Where will these extra funds be spent??? my guess would be to not benefit those that are paying it.

For people that dont race every weekend this is just pushing the costs per race up significantly and makes non msa events more attractive for the "hobbyists"

But then agauin this is Karting and most people think that we should and do pay over the odd for parts/tyres etc.
