People keep harping on about the good old days but there seemed to be a complete disregard for safety in those days and death and serious injury was an accepted consequence. We don't live in that kind of world anymore (blame the Americans for their suing culture!)

Perhaps enclosing the wheels is the wrong way to go as making the drivers feel safer means they will take more risks.

So its down to driving standards. How are we going to get the MSA to do something about it ?
