My boy has been running in comer cadets for the last 5 months and is doing ok, he has made steady progress and is getting faster and gets better finishes everytime he goes out.
But i am not sure if we are ever going to be able to really afford to compete. I am told a good engine will give us another 1.5 seconds a lap over the engines we have. But as we all know its big bucks for a decent engine.
Do i continue as we are with an engine thats not quite there and constantly having engine and carb problems or do i switch and run a honda instead.
After talking with a few people i think 4 stroke is more affordable.
