first point ......

find me a race caliper in any formula (eg a race caliper not a road one ) and show me dust seals

they don't have them , because they are expected to be stripped cleaned and maintained before EVERY (sorry IT pro) outing ....

if you don't thats your choice but thats what they expect you to do ,an to replace parts as required ......

its what you should look at as part of the prep

do you think F1 brakes are not fully stripped after very race and stuff is lifed?

its you maintanace not the product i am afraid , you just assumed a level of maintance that wasn't up to what was needed .

sorry if that all sounds harsh .
