Yes, thats the one I saw. One thing to consider is the size of your lad. The Tony has the seat very far forward and if your lad is taller the seat has to come back making engine room a bit tight on karts with the Honda on the RHS.

Maybe not as competitive as the Tony but it has the engine on the "correct" side (ie LHS)for a Honda which just makes it a bit easier to live with (outboard sprocket etc). Both Honda Karts are race legal for the next couple of years at least and would be ideal starter karts.
The Comer Cadet advertised is not race legal. As Ritchie said, it is a Comer S60 engine but I've not seen a chassis with "C" style stub axles for donkeys years so it is a very old chassis.
