Hi Paul, I may be able to help with some of your questions so, taking them in order: Whatever you do to the engines adds a little bit, not greatly noticeable individually but together they all add up to give a little extra - it is my belief the debaffled exhaust is possibly the biggest benefit. You may also want to consider altering the ignition timing (you can buy a 'stepped' woodruff key to do this) and you can also alter the cam timing to adjust where you want/need max power - do a search on this forum, there is loads of info available. Having said all that, the biggest decrease in your lap times will be down to your driving, I would get YOUR consistency first and then look at doing bits to the engines? To put a central tank on, you will need pulse pumps on the engines which are normally mounted on the engine covers and are very easy to fit; I would argue whether these do anything for engine performance but certainly help with weight distribution on the kart. As regards bodywork, as far as I am aware (and I am sure someone will correct me if wrong) you can fit virtually any bodywork but obviously you need to watch tyres rubbing etc. I hope this has been of some help Regards Booney
