i have heard alot of people talking about balance point ... but how do you know what the balance point is to start of with ..

for instance .. i was told that if you measure the back end ,, say the middle of each tire and then do the same for the front ...

then take away the difference between the two

THAT IS UR BALANCE POINT..

is this correct ...

but what measurement are you looking for ...
for a zip storm cadet ... and a tonykart mini max
