I don't know how many of you use Travelodge on your racing travels but i had an unpleasant experience this week when having booked and paid for a room at Cheshunt, turned up at midnight only to be told all the rooms were full but I could go to another Travelodge 16 miles away(back the way I came).It is company policy to overbook the hotels ,as airlines do,their 'relocation policy'.It's in the T & C s so tough!So if you have driven half way across the country looking forward to a bed you may be disappointed.You have been warned.
