Little-branch says he doesn't want to spend Ł100+ on new tyres and would rather buy part worn because he doesn't race. I have a similar dilemma, I don't race either but always work against the stopwatch and try to better my lap times every time I attend a circuit. It's a bit of a struggle sometimes and I wonder if using worn tyres is actually a limiting factor [ignoring driver capabilities for the moment]. Is it likely that Little-branch and myself would really notice the difference when comparing new Vega White's or YGB's with used SL6's?
