I think the note about (RS)2.31.02 is just giving the earliest acceptable version. So I suggest you try downloading and installing the latest - 2.34.01

To see what version you have currently: fire up the Race Studio 2 (not Race Studio Analysis) application, look along the line of menu items at the top (File, AIM System Manager, etc) and click the Question Mark at far right, then click the bottom menu item "About Race Studio"; you'll see the version and build number in the popup dialog.
