I was fortunate enough to be given a test in an Aixro today at Rye House, and what a day it was.

Wet, dry, wet again, more wet, monsoon wet, then bone dry once again, gave us a chance to put this awesome bit of kit through its paces in all conditions.

I was blown away. The thing is brutal, your right foot is attached to a pedal that i'm pretty sure spins the world in the opposite direction. I've always been a die hard 100cc man, but this thing has fully converted me.

4 wheel brakes, oodles of instantly available power and torque make it the most fun i've ever had on a kart. Rye may not be the best place to stretch it's legs but it still left me with a smile from ear to ear. It never felt like it would stop accelerating! Even in the wet it was so user friendly, with the linear power making getting the power down nice and easy.

Anyway, a MASSIVE thanks to Richard Blackburn and AIM Motorsport, and also Smartycam for the use of their brilliant cameras. If you havent tried one of these beasts then get a test in one, you won't regret it!
