Aparently the 144kg one is better because the kart is lighter and as both have the same HP per KG the lighter kart should be able to brake later and accelerate quicker than the heavier karts as my dad and a few of his workmates worked out theoretically happens. But is seems to be the karts with restrictors are evidently quicker and we are gonna see if its true.
