The times they are a changin'.

What surprises me most is the missed opportunities. For example, Whilton Mill - it's fun to race on and you have a group of maybe 300-400 people on a field in the middle of nowhere, but only a couple of burger vans, no canteen.

Some businesses would kill for a captive audience.

My personal favourites are: tarmac paddock and something to dry your hands on in the loos.
