Noticed today that the OTK heel rest on my tony kart can be flipped over? Does this just give more leg room or is it just to do with ankle comfort?

Also noticed the pedals sit nearly helf way down my feet and not on my toes. Are there any extension that can be added to the pedals to bring them further up the foot towards the toes?
