According to whom?
The manufacturer's figures and the user / dyno tester figures often differ markedly.
In practice they are identical, with a good TKM driver being equivalent to the good Blue driver, with any advantage/ disadvantage being down to chassis and tyres and power delivery
Indeed, the shift recently by TKM to softer tyres moved the kart from slower to as fast as the Blues, at a certain cost.
The other difficulty being that there is a difference between an engine with a new, minimum tolerance liner and an engine with a liner bored out to maximum tolerance, so which maximum power do you want?
And just to make life even more difficult, do you mean a Blue 100cc engine or a Blue Maxi Engine which is about 117cc but only permissible under MSA rules for a heavier driver?
The restrictor governs the Blue engines to give an equalised output that is close enough for racing regardless of the weight of the driver, adding another variable, do you mean with or without the restrictor?
