in the heats the lap times were set early as the heats were only 6 laps for the club meeting, meaning you had to set your pressures higher than usual to get them to come on early. shenington is a very technical circuit so it is very important to be very tidy for a whole lap to get a gd time due to the combination of tight corners and long straights.
