If you put grease on the pistons this has two problems, firstly it may well give you problems mixing with your fluid but the biggest problem it that it will act like glue, all the bits of dust and and any pieces of grit will stick to it, this in turn will then damage the seals which will then leak.

You may well here about a grease that brembo supply for rebuilding mastercylinders and oe caliper seal replacements, However it is not a grease as such but a thick fluid. However mode performance the brembo race car and motorcycle caliper/disc uk importer will tell you do not use grease for the reason as stated.
