Hi Mike, yeah i think maybe some of the new sets are better than others. The first ones we used for the March meeting were aweful, and back then didnt know they had changed the tyres, so spent the whole day scrathing our heads. Normally with the OTK we make hardly any chassis changes. The set we had on yesterday were better than the previous but went the wrong way completely on set up in the 3rd heat and decided to stick to go back to what we knew! given time im sure you could make them work.
Just spoke to JAG as well and they say those tyres are here to stay!
