If your looking for a new engine then my advice is to buy brand new, the last 2 I bought a few months ago are competing at Stars/S1, we ran them for a few hours then got John at Force to fiche them.
If you want to buy second hand, make sure you test it before parting with the cash, dyno readings can be very missleading, a simple error in the calibration can make the reading way out, get the decimal point in the wrong place and you've got a 70 bhp Comer W60.
