2 The helmet is upto you and not to msa latest spec. As long as its not all marked up with damage then it will be fine. Every one i know use a motorbike helmet
3 You may need a little lead to make the 177 ruling. Thats based on you weighing 85kg's with your kit on at least If you were say 90kg's kitted up then you will be borderline i would guess with a tony kart. (you can use extra fuel to add weight remember.
4 NO
5 Part worn tyres at redlodge will last you a lifetime as 3/4 of the circuit is very smooth and not harsh on the tyres at all.
Good luck and remember the same rules apply to Ellough as well running in their non msa race dates. Although you will find shed loads of grip at ellough and find tyres wont last as many meetings.
