I have a Kelgate brake system fitted to my daughter's Honda Cadet - but the brakes lock a lot of the time which is ruining her confidence.

It seems that the brake is either on or off - there doesn't seem to be any way of applying them 'a little' or allowing for gradual application.

Can this be adjusted?
