The 61.5cc engine is nowhere in the proposals. Someone said that the kart/engine in the JM shop looked like an Easykart. Another post said that the Easykart cadet engine would not be eligible as it is 61.5cc and the class would be for 60cc engines only - but with higher output of about 10hp.
Another post suggested that there would not be a set cc but rather a maximum hp so that an 85cc engine with 10hp would be OK.
Until the technical regulations are published the only clue is the kart at JM which does have a 60cc motor - but then maybe he knows more than us!
